Transfer & Order Process:
Special Orders – Find the manufactures skew or webpage and send it to me to get my best out the door pricing. Yes, that will include the tax and transfer. Nobody likes hidden fees. If you are happy with the price, I will collect payment upfront to place the order. This keeps my overhead low and the prices to you as best as possible. Most firearms are received within a few days and upon receiving the firearm, I will schedule time for you to fill out the forms for a background check once your firearm arrives.
Online Sales – Select me as the transfer dealer from many wholesalers and other dealers across the US. If I’m not listed, email me the order number and contact information of the business you ordered from. I will contact them with my information, and they will release your order. Upon receiving the firearm, I will schedule time for you to fill out the forms for a background check.
TriState Outfitters – I work directly with TriState Outfitters in Moscow, ID. The gun counter folks are great to work with and let me know when you purchased something. It never hurts to send me a text or email letting me know you’ve purchased as well. The sooner I know there’s a firearm for me the sooner the paperwork can start.
Online orders and TriState sales are subject to Washington state sales tax and will be collected upon the background paperwork. Transfer fee is $50 a firearm.
Background Check Process:
ALL background checks are through the Washington state SAFE system. As of 1/1/2024 ALL backgrounds will take a minimum of 10 days. Firearms can no longer be released until a response from the state system is received.
Returns/Cancelled/Failed Background Check:
Each instance will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Transfer fees are non-refundable, and any orders will be subject to a restocking fee based on where you ordered from and any shipment fees to get it back. Any special orders from SR Guns will be subject to a 20% restock fee. If you want to take the time to clear up your background check, I’m happy to work with you as long as you keep me updated.
